Pricing

Pay for what you run.
Nothing else.

Xelynx is priced per module, per use — turn on the modules you need, pay by the OLTs, subscribers and probes you actually run. No seats, no tiers, no lock-in. Every module is free for the first 15 days.

Questions

Pricing, answered.

How does module-based billing work?

You enable only the modules you need — each bills independently on its own meter (OLTs for the NMS, active customers for the CRM, and so on). Your invoice is the sum of the modules you ran that month. Turn a module off and it drops off the next invoice.

What counts as an "active customer"?

A subscriber with an active service in the CRM during the billing month. Disabled, archived and prospect accounts don't count — you pay for the customers you're actually serving.

Do unit prices really drop as I grow?

Yes. CRM pricing falls from $0.20 to $0.04 per customer as your base grows, and OLTs drop to $20 each beyond ten. Growth makes Xelynx cheaper per subscriber, not more expensive.

What happens during and after the 15-day trial?

The trial includes every module with no card required. After 15 days you keep the modules you want and your first invoice reflects your real usage — nothing is deleted, and we remind you before billing starts.

What if I run out of AI tokens mid-month?

The assistant pauses rather than billing you silently — you can move to a bigger pack at any time and it applies immediately.

I run a large or unusual network — can we talk?

Yes. For national networks, white-label deployments or on-premise installs, contact us for custom terms on the same per-use philosophy.
