Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Xelynx platform and website ("the Service"). By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to them.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating a workspace and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team's use of the Service. You must be authorized to act for the organization you register.

Free trial

New workspaces include a 15-day free trial with every module enabled and no card required. At the end of the trial you choose which modules to keep; continued use is billed according to your actual usage. We'll remind you before billing begins, and nothing is deleted the moment a trial ends.

Billing

• Xelynx is priced per module and per use — for example per managed OLT, per active subscriber, per probe and per AI token pack, as described on our pricing page.
• Usage is measured automatically within your workspace and billed in arrears. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
• You can enable or disable modules at any time; a disabled module stops billing from the next cycle.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: breaking the law or infringing others' rights; attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or using it to send unlawful, abusive or unsolicited communications. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your network and your subscribers, including lawful-interception and data-protection obligations.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you and your subscribers put into the Service. You grant Xelynx the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.

Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, and provide support through the channels described on the site. The Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Specific availability commitments, where offered, are set out in a separate agreement.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Xelynx is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the period giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service and its users, with notice where practicable. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we'll notify account holders and update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
