Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Xelynx collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers xelynx.com and the Xelynx platform provided to internet service providers ("the Service").

Who we are
Xelynx provides a cloud platform that internet service providers use to run their CRM, billing and optical-fiber network. When a provider uses Xelynx, that provider is the controller of their subscribers' data and Xelynx acts as a processor on their behalf. This policy describes Xelynx's own handling of information for accounts, the marketing site and support.
Information we collect
- Account information — when you create a workspace we collect your organization name, chosen subdomain, email address and a hashed password.
- Usage and metering — to bill consumption-based modules we record counts such as managed OLTs, active subscribers, probes and AI tokens.
- Support and contact — messages you send through the contact form or to support, including your name, email and the content of your request.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used to keep the Service secure and reliable.
- reCAPTCHA — sign-up and contact forms use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent abuse, which is subject to Google's privacy policy.
How we use information
- To create and operate your workspace and provide the Service.
- To measure usage and bill the modules you run.
- To verify your email address and secure your account.
- To respond to support requests and send essential service notices.
- To detect, prevent and investigate abuse, fraud and security incidents.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the data a provider's subscribers generate for anything other than operating that provider's Service.
When we share information
We share information only with infrastructure and processing providers needed to run the Service (for example hosting, email delivery and anti-abuse), under agreements that require them to protect it; when required by law; or to protect the rights and safety of Xelynx, our customers and the public. We may share aggregated, non-identifying statistics.
Data retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your workspace is active and as required to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time; some records may be retained where the law requires.
Security
Connections are encrypted with TLS, passwords are stored hashed, and access to production systems is restricted and logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your information and will notify affected customers of a breach as required by law.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
