Actions & undo
Beyond answering questions, the AI Assistant can carry out a small, fixed set of write actions across the CRM. Every action is recorded in the Action Log, and most can be reversed with a single click. The AI can only add or edit — it never deletes data.
What the AI can do
The assistant is limited to these actions, each triggered by asking for it in plain language:
- Customer actions — block, unblock, enable, disable, archive or unarchive a customer. This updates the customer and their services, then reconciles RADIUS so the connection state matches.
- Create invoice — raise an invoice for a customer with an amount, description and optional due date; an invoice number is generated automatically.
- Send WhatsApp message — send a text message to a customer, sent from that customer's owning company.
- Update plan price — change a tariff plan's price, and optionally its download/upload speeds.
- Create support ticket — open a ticket for a customer with a subject, description, priority and group.
The AI states what it is about to do before it does it, and confirms the result afterwards. Everything else in the CRM remains read-only to the assistant.
The Action Log
Switch to the Action Log tab to see every change the AI has made, newest first. Each entry shows a coloured badge for the action type (Block, Invoice, WhatsApp, Plan Update, Ticket and so on), a plain-English summary, who ran it and when. Actions that alter state — like blocking or disabling — are flagged with a warning icon so they stand out. Press Refresh to reload the list.
Undoing an action
Reversible entries carry an Undo button. Undoing a customer action restores the previous status (an unblock reverses a block, and so on) and reconciles RADIUS again; undoing a plan-price change restores the old price and speeds. Once undone, the entry is greyed out and marked Undone with a timestamp, and it cannot be undone twice. Some actions are one-way and have no Undo button: sending a WhatsApp message, creating an invoice and creating a ticket cannot be reversed from here, since they have already gone out or created a record.
