Jobs
The Jobs Board is a drag-and-drop Kanban view of your active tickets, built for tracking field work through to completion. Find it in the sidebar under Tickets > Jobs.
The Jobs Board
Tickets > Jobs opens the Jobs Board ("Workflow management"), showing a live count of active jobs. It is not a separate list — a "job" is simply an active ticket that hasn't yet been cleared from the board. Only tickets that are not archived, not yet marked complete, and in an active status appear here.
Columns
The board has four columns, each mapped to underlying ticket statuses: To Do (New), In Progress (Work in Progress), In Review (Waiting on Customer or Waiting on Agent) and Done (Resolved). Dragging a card between columns changes the ticket's status automatically. On cards in In Review, a toggle flips between Waiting: Customer and Waiting: Agent.
Cards & assignment
Each card shows the ticket type, an age bubble that reddens the longer a job stays open, the customer, the priority and the assignee avatars. Click the type or priority on a card to change it, and click the avatars to assign one or more staff. Filter the board by search, type, priority, group and assignee — including Assigned to me and Unassigned. Clicking a card opens the full ticket.
Clearing completed jobs
When work is done, the card sits in the Done column. Press Mark Complete on a card, or use the column's All button to clear every done job at once. This sets the ticket's board-completed flag and removes the card from the board — the ticket itself stays intact and remains searchable in the ticket dashboard.
