Vouchers & cards
Cards are the prepaid vouchers your customers buy to get online: each carries a username and password tied to a profile that fixes its speed, data and validity. You create and manage them under Hotspot > Cards, then print them from the Print page for the counter.
The card list
The table shows every card with its Serial / Username, Password (hidden by default, with a reveal and copy button), the Profile it belongs to, its Status, Validity, Data Used and the Batch it came from. Search by username or serial, and filter by Status (Unused, Active, Used, Expired), by profile or by batch to narrow a long stock list.
Generating cards
Click Generate Cards to open the create dialog, which works in two modes. In single mode you pick a Profile, optionally scope the card to a specific hotspot NAS, and enter the exact Username and Password to create one card. In bulk mode you set a Quantity and an optional Username Prefix (for example WIFI), and the CRM generates that many cards as a numbered batch. You can optionally give every card in the batch the same Common Password, and add batch notes.
Batches
Every bulk generation produces a batch with its own number, so a print run or a delivery to a reseller stays grouped. Batches are what the Print page and Reports select against, and the batch filter on this page lets you pull up exactly the cards from one run — useful for reconciling stock handed to a shop or agent.
Status and lifecycle
A freshly generated card is Unused and available for sale. When a customer first logs in it becomes Active and its validity clock starts; it then moves to Used or Expired as its allowance or time runs out. Active cards are protected — you must disable a card before it can be deleted — which prevents accidentally removing a voucher a customer is still using.
