Reports & printing

Two pages close the loop on the hotspot module: Reports tells you how vouchers are selling and being used, and Print turns your cards into physical, sellable vouchers. Both are in the Hotspot section of the sidebar.

The Reports page

Hotspot > Reports opens on summary tiles for Total Generated, Total Activated, Total Used and Total Revenue, all scoped to a date range you choose from the selector — Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days or Last 90 Days. A daily chart plots activity over that window so you can see trends at a glance.

By profile and batch

Below the chart, the By Profile table breaks results down per profile — how many cards were Generated, Activated and Used, and the Revenue each profile brought in. Alongside it, Recent Batches lists your latest generation runs with their Total, Active and Used counts and creation date, so you can judge which profiles sell and how a given batch is performing.

Printing cards

The Print page is where you turn stock into printed vouchers. Pick what to print using the Batches / Cards tabs — select whole batches, or tick individual cards — then choose a Card Design and press Print to open a print-ready sheet showing each card's Username and Password (and your company logo). Export CSV downloads the same selection as a file for record-keeping or handing to a reseller.

Tip: mark one card design as the default so it is pre-selected every time you open the Print page.

Card designs

Designs control how a printed voucher looks. In the Card Designs panel you can create, edit or delete a design and set one as default. A design lets you show or hide elements such as the logo, drag the username and password into position, and apply a background image, so your printed cards carry your own branding rather than a plain layout.
