One platform, many modules
Most providers stitch together five tools and a spreadsheet. Xelynx replaces the stack — subscriber management, finance, provisioning and network intelligence all share one system:
- CRM & Billing — customers, plans, invoicing and payments, RADIUS, support tickets, resellers and reports. The core of the business.
- NMS — monitor and run your GPON network: OLTs, ONUs, the live fiber map, alarms and capacity.
- IPTV — sell and provision IPTV packages and connect your streaming servers.
- AI Assistant — ask questions and take actions across the CRM.
- XRTG — graph interface traffic and spot congestion across your routers.
- Syslog — collect, search and scope device logs per customer and owner.
One database, one interface
Because everything runs on one database, the pieces work together instead of being bolted on. A customer's plan, their RADIUS session, their invoice, their ONU on the fiber map and their support ticket are all the same record — no exports, and no reconciliation between separate tools.
Business and network, together
The CRM runs the business side — who your subscribers are, what they pay for, and whether they're online. The NMS runs the network side — it watches your OLTs over SNMP and VPN, draws your plant on a live GIS map, and computes expected optical power for every hop, so a fiber cut is localized on the map instead of discovered by a support queue. The connected modules — IPTV, XRTG, Syslog and the AI assistant — layer on top of both.
Where to start
New to Xelynx? There are two natural starting points:
- Set up the business. Log in and get to know the CRM dashboard, then create your plans and add customers.
- Bring your network online. Prepare a Huawei OLT, then add it to the NMS.
