Accounting & usage
RADIUS accounting is the record of every subscriber session — when it started, how long it lasted, how much data moved and how it ended. In the CRM it lives under Network > Accounting, and it complements the live view under Online Users by keeping the full history of closed sessions as well as open ones.
The session history
The table lists each accounting record with the User (customer name and PPPoE username), the NAS device and its IP, the session IP address, the Start time, the Duration, and the Download and Upload totals for that session. The Status column shows a green Online badge while a session is still open, or the terminate cause (for example Closed) once it has ended, so you can tell live sessions from historical ones at a glance.
Syncing from FreeRADIUS
Accounting data is pulled from FreeRADIUS into the CRM. The page auto-refreshes every 30 seconds, and you can press Sync Now at any time to fetch the latest records. After a sync the CRM reports how many records were newly added and how many existing sessions were updated, and a Last sync timestamp confirms how current the view is.
Searching sessions
Use the search box to filter records by customer name, username or IP address. This is the fastest way to reconstruct a subscriber's recent connection history — for example to confirm whether they were online at a particular time, or to check how much data they consumed across a run of sessions.
Usage attribution
Because each record ties a session's download and upload counters to a specific customer and service, accounting is where per-subscriber usage is attributed. This is the raw data behind data-limit enforcement and usage-based reporting: the download and upload figures shown here are the same session totals the CRM sums when it measures how much of a plan's quota a subscriber has consumed.
