Logging in & the dashboard

The Xelynx CRM is where you run day-to-day ISP operations — subscribers, billing, RADIUS, tickets and more. This guide covers signing in and reading the dashboard you land on. From there, learn how the menus and navigation are laid out.

Signing in

Open the CRM login page. It shows your company's branding (logo and name) and a Welcome back heading. Click Sign In to reveal the credentials form, enter your email and password, and sign in. If your account has two-factor authentication enabled, you are then prompted for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app before the session completes. A sun/moon toggle switches between light and dark themes. After a successful login you are taken straight to the Dashboard.

Note: What you can see and do is governed by your role. If a menu or button is missing, your role doesn't grant that permission — see Menus & navigation.

Dashboard stat cards

The top of the dashboard shows five headline cards: Total Subscribers, Active Subscribers, Online Now, Revenue This Month and Pending Invoices. Each card is a shortcut — clicking one opens the matching filtered view, for example Active Subscribers jumps to the customer list filtered to Active, and Pending Invoices opens the pending invoices list.

Widgets & health alerts

Below the cards, the Inbox widget collects unread customer chats, WhatsApp messages and open tickets so nothing slips. A Last Backup card shows when the database was last backed up, a revenue chart trends subscribers and income, and traffic widgets show Total Traffic over the past 7 days plus the Highest Downloaders (switchable between Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days and This month). The Customers widget breaks the base down by status (Total, New, Active, Online, Online 24h, Blocked, Archived and additions over the last month/year), and the Finance widget compares this month's payments, approved payments and invoices against last month.

When RADIUS problems are detected — services with missing attributes, no RADIUS password, or a speed mismatch against the plan — an amber, rose or orange banner appears at the top with View list and Fix now buttons to inspect and repair the affected subscribers in place. Reseller accounts see a dedicated Reseller Dashboard instead, centred on their credit balance and recent credit transactions.
