VoIP plans
VoIP plans are the voice packages you sell alongside internet. Each defines how many free minutes a subscriber gets, which destinations those minutes apply to, and the price. They live under Plans > VoIP Plans.
The VoIP plans page
The VoIP Plans page shows your plans as cards, each with the plan name, a status badge, the price and tax line, a free-minutes summary, whether local calls are free, and the number of active services on the plan. Press Add Plan (or Add First Plan when the list is empty) to open the editor. Every card can be edited or removed.
Free minutes and destinations
Inside the editor, the Included in Package section controls what the plan gives away:
- Unlimited free minutes — when enabled, all outgoing calls are free and the minute settings below are ignored.
- Free minutes per billing period — a fixed monthly allowance. Set it to 0 for pay-as-you-go with no free minutes.
- Free minutes apply to — choose Any prefix (all outgoing calls) or Specific prefixes only. Choosing specific prefixes reveals selectable prefix chips so you can pick exactly which destinations the allowance covers.
- Local calls free — includes calls within the same area code at no charge.
Pricing and status
Set the Sale Price for the plan and an optional Tax Rate (drawn from your configured rates, with compound taxes marked). Add a Description and choose a Status — Active, Disabled or Archived. Billing is monthly. For how these voice services are provisioned to subscribers, see VoIP servers & service, and for tax setup see One-time fees & taxes.
