Provisioning & suspend

Provisioning gives a specific customer live TV by attaching an IPTV service to their profile. You choose an IPTV plan, and Xelynx handles the rest — creating a streaming account, applying the plan's bouquet on the server, whitelisting the customer's IPs and pricing the service. Suspending or resuming the service then flips access on the streaming panel to match billing.

Adding the service

Open the customer's profile and add a new service (see services), choosing IPTV and the plan to grant. You can give the service a name (unique within that customer), a description, and a start and optional end date. The start date cannot be in the past. Based on those dates the service opens as Active, Pending (future start) or Expired. Price is taken from the plan, including its taxes.

Credentials and access-control

When the service is created, Xelynx generates a unique streaming username and password and registers that account on the plan's server with the plan's bouquet. It also builds an IP whitelist from the customer's active internet-service addresses plus the platform server, and sets a connection limit (multiple simultaneous streams are allowed). If the customer already has streaming credentials, the system can reuse that account rather than creating a second one.

Note: IPTV is capacity-metered. If your subscription's IPTV user cap is reached, adding a new IPTV service (or reactivating an archived one) is blocked until you free up or raise the limit.

Suspend and resume

Access follows the service status. Moving an active IPTV service out of Active disables the streaming account on the panel — a Paused service is banned, while other deactivations disable it — so the subscriber immediately loses access. Setting the service back to Active re-enables the account. Deleting the IPTV service removes the streaming user entirely. This ties viewing rights directly to the customer's billing state without any manual work on the panel.

Resellers and watching

When the customer belongs to a reseller, the plan must be assigned to that reseller and provisioning draws down their prepaid credit at the plan's cost price, pro-rated for the month; the deduction is recorded as a credit transaction. Once provisioned, the subscriber watches web-compatible channels in their portal under Streaming > IPTV, and all channels (plus any allowed Movies and Series) in the Xelynx TV app using their streaming credentials.
