Managing services
A subscriber's plans live on the Services tab of their profile. Each service is one subscription — an internet package, IPTV, VoIP or bundle — with its own status, price and network settings. This is where you provision, change and stop what a customer is paying for.
Adding a service
Click Add Service to attach a plan. You pick the tariff (only Active plans are offered), and set the service details — description, price, dates, connection and RADIUS settings such as login, IP assignment and NAS device. Once saved, an active service starts provisioning on the network and enters the billing cycle. You can add several services to the same customer.
Service statuses
Every service carries one of these statuses: Active, Paused, Blocked (shown as a temporary block), Pending (start date is in the future), Expired (end date has passed), Disabled and Archived. The status is shown as a coloured badge on the service card and determines which action buttons are available. A payment-overdue service is flagged distinctly.
Changing & controlling a service
Use Change Plan to move a subscriber onto a different tariff (available while the service is Active, Paused, Blocked or Pending). The status action buttons let you take the service through its lifecycle: Pause an active service and Unpause it later; Block an active or paused service (a temporary block that removes access) and Unblock it; Disable a service and Enable it again; or Archive it (and Unarchive to bring it back). Which buttons appear always matches the service's current status.
Suspending vs terminating
For a temporary stop — non-payment, a customer request, a house move — Pause or Block the service, then reverse it when ready. To take a service out of use for good, Archive it; archiving removes network access and takes it out of the active count while keeping the record and its history.
