IPTV plans

An IPTV plan is a curated package — a channel bouquet with a price — that customers subscribe to. You build them under Plans > IPTV. Each plan is tied to one IPTV server and, when saved, creates a matching bouquet on that server automatically so the exact channels you picked are what the subscriber receives.

The plans list

The IPTV Plans table lists every plan with its Plan Name, the IPTV Server it draws from, its Channels count, its Price and its Status (Active or Disabled). Use Create IPTV Plan to add one, or click a plan to edit it. The editor is organised into three tabs: Information, Channels and Pricing.

Information

On the Information tab, give the plan a Name, set its Status, and optionally attach a Partner and Location and a short Description. These help you organise plans by area or business partner.

Channels and VOD

The Channels tab is where the bouquet takes shape. First choose the IPTV Server; the CRM then loads that server's live channels. Tick each channel to include, search to find specific ones, and use Select All to grab the whole filtered list at once. The tab header shows a running count of selected channels. Below the list, two toggles control on-demand content: Allow Movies (VOD) and Allow TV Series. Enabling either adds the server's movie or series catalogue to the plan.

Note: saving a plan syncs the bouquet to the streaming server, so it can take a moment. If Movies or TV Series are allowed the whole VOD catalogue is synced too, which may take up to a minute.

Pricing and taxes

The Pricing tab sets the monthly Price and up to three taxes (Tax 1, 2 and 3), each chosen from your configured tax rates. Compound taxes are applied on top of the base plus non-compound taxes, and a live price summary shows the resulting total as you type. Tick VAT/Tax Included in Price if the price you entered already includes tax; otherwise taxes are added on top. This is the price that flows through when the plan is provisioned on a customer.
