Reseller pricing

Every reseller can have its own price for the same plan. Pricing works in two layers: a cost price you set (what the reseller pays, deducted from their credit) and a sale price the reseller sets (what their customers pay). The difference is the reseller's margin. This page explains where each is configured.

Cost price vs sale price

When you assign a plan to a reseller you set its Cost Price — the amount drawn from the reseller's prepaid credit each time one of their customers is on that plan. The reseller then decides their own Sale Price, the retail figure their customers are billed. Because both prices are stored per reseller per plan, two resellers selling the same plan can pay different costs and charge different prices.

The Reseller Pricing page

Under Resellers, the Reseller Pricing page (subtitle "Configure cost and sale prices for reseller plans") gives you an overview across all partners. Summary cards show Active Resellers, Total Plans Assigned, Avg. Assignment and Resellers with no Plans. Expand any reseller to see its Assigned Plans & Pricing, split into Internet Plans and IPTV Plans. Each row shows the Retail list price, the Cost price you set, the Sale price, and a computed Margin percentage — green when positive, red when negative.

Assigning plans and editing cost

Use Assign Plans to open a picker of the reseller's unassigned Internet and IPTV plans. Tick a plan and a Cost Price field appears, defaulting to the plan's retail price; adjust it and confirm. To change an existing cost later, click the pencil on a row to edit Cost inline and save. You can also manage the same assignments from the reseller's Reseller Packages tab on their detail page, where unassigning is blocked while customers are still using the package.

Note: you control the cost price; the reseller sets their own sale price. In their portal's Tariffs page the cost price is read-only and the sale price is theirs to edit. Set cost prices when you create the reseller or any time afterward.

What the reseller sets

From the reseller portal's Tariffs page (Assigned Tariffs), a partner sees their assigned Internet and IPTV plans with the Cost Price you fixed and an editable Sale Price. They raise or lower the sale price to control their own margin, while the cost — and therefore your revenue per customer — stays exactly what you defined. Sub-resellers work the same way, with the parent reseller setting the sub's cost price.
