Internet plans

Internet plans are the packages you sell to subscribers — each one defines a speed tier, an optional data policy and a price. They live under Plans > Internet Packages, and every service you attach to a customer references one. This guide covers creating and editing them.

The plans list

The Internet Packages page lists every plan with its Type, Speed (shown as download / upload Mbps), Price, feature badges (FUP, CAP, aggregation ratio), Subscribers count and Status. Use the search box and the Status filter (All, Active, Disabled, Archived) to narrow the list, and expand any row to see its service and pricing detail. Each row has Edit, Duplicate and Delete actions. Press Add Plan to create one — the editor opens as a modal with six tabs.

Basic info and speed

On the Basic Info tab set the Plan Name, Status, Service Type (PPPoE, DHCP, Static or Hotspot) and a description. Under Plan Availability you can restrict a plan to specific Available Partners and Available Locations. The Speed Settings tab holds the Download and Upload Speed in Mbps, plus optional Burst and Guaranteed (CIR) modes, an Aggregation ratio (1:1 dedicated through 1:32 shared), the IP Pool Name, a Priority (1 highest to 8 lowest) and optional Peak Hour Throttling.

Pricing, tax and extra items

The Pricing tab takes the base Price and up to three tax slots (Tax 1/2/3), each drawn from your configured tax rates, plus a VAT/Tax Included in Price toggle. The Extra Items tab lets you bundle recurring add-ons (for example router rental or an installation fee) that are added automatically when the plan is invoiced — each item has its own title, amount and tax rate. Tax rates come from One-time fees & taxes.

Note: Data limits are entered in GB. Saving a plan syncs it to FreeRADIUS so the speed and policy take effect on the network.

Fair usage and data caps

The FUP tab enables a Fair Usage Policy: set a Data Limit, a Period (Daily, Weekly or Monthly) and an Action — either Throttle (to a reduced speed) or Block. The CAP tab sets a monthly Data Cap with a cap type (Download, Upload or Both), a block-or-throttle action, and an optional rollover of unused data to the next month.
