Reports
The Reports group in the left sidebar gathers the CRM's financial and operational analytics in one place. Each report has its own filters, summary cards and a table you can export to CSV. This page walks through the six reports and what each one tells you.
The Reports menu
Open the Reports group in the sidebar to reach six reports: Plan Financials, Account Statements, Customers by Status, Non Invoiced Customers, Billing Agents and User Hierarchy. Most reports share a common shape: a Filters panel (typically Start Date, End Date, Partner and Location), a row of summary cards, and a searchable, paginated table. An Export CSV button on each page saves the current view — filters included.
Plan Financials
Plan Financials shows revenue per tariff plan over a date range. Filter by Plan Type (Internet, Voice, Recurring, One-Time or Bundle), Partner and Location. Four cards summarise Total Plans, Total Transactions, Total Revenue and Active Services, and a Top 20 Plans bar chart can be viewed By Revenue or By Count. The All Plans table lists each plan's price, active services, transactions and revenue, with a totals row at the bottom.
Account Statements
Account Statements covers receivables across three tabs. Statements lists each customer's Total Invoiced, Total Paid and Balance, and expands to show individual invoices and payments; you can Download PDF per customer or the whole set as an Excel file via Download Statement. Finance Customers Report adds monthly recurring and unpaid-invoice counts, and Receivables Aging Report breaks balances into Current (0-30), 31-60, 61-90, 91-120 and 120+ day buckets. See Account statements for the per-customer view.
Customer, agent and hierarchy reports
Customers by Status tracks status changes over time with a stacked bar chart and per-status counts (Active, Blocked, New, Suspended, Disabled and more). Non Invoiced Customers surfaces subscribers who haven't been billed for a chosen period, sorted by months since their last invoice. Billing Agents rates every customer's payment risk (Paid, Normal, Warning, Alert, High Risk) and supports bulk agent assignment by CSV — see Billing agents. Finally, User Hierarchy maps CRM users, resellers and sub-resellers in a tree or table, showing roles, CRM/NMS access and credit usage.
