Online users
The Network > Online Users page is your live view of everyone currently connected through RADIUS. It reads active sessions from FreeRADIUS and shows, for each connected subscriber, who they are, what plan they are on, the IP address they hold and which NAS device they came through. Closed sessions and long-term history live under Accounting.
The live session list
Each row shows the Customer (a link straight to their profile), their Username, the Plan with its download/upload speeds, the assigned IP Address, the NAS device and its IP, when the session was Last Seen, and the Download and Upload data counters for the session. A green pulsing indicator marks each active connection.
Auto-sync and refresh
The page syncs from FreeRADIUS automatically every 30 seconds, so the list stays current without any action from you. A Source indicator shows whether the data is Cached (served from the CRM's own store) or pulled live from FreeRADIUS, and a Last sync timestamp tells you how fresh it is. Press Refresh to force an immediate re-sync, and the count badge shows how many subscribers are online right now.
Finding a subscriber
The search box filters the live list by customer, username, IP, plan or NAS, which is the quickest way to confirm whether a specific subscriber is connected and what address they currently hold. The results are paginated so large networks stay responsive.
Disconnects and troubleshooting
If a subscriber who should be online is missing here, the usual causes are an authentication failure (check the router's RADIUS secret on its NAS device record), no free address in the assigned IP pool, or a blocked service. A session that lingers after a change will clear on the next sync once the CoA disconnect is delivered.
