Account statements
An account statement is a per-customer ledger — every invoice and payment on the account, with a running balance. In the CRM these live under Reports > Account Statements, which also holds two companion views: a finance customers summary and a receivables aging report.
The statements ledger
On the Statements tab, each customer row shows their Status, Total Invoiced, Total Paid and Balance — the balance turns red when the customer owes money and green when they are in credit. Expand a row to see the underlying Transactions: a dated list of invoices (as debits) and payments (as credits), each with a reference and status. Use the Filters panel to pick a specific Customer, a Start and End Date, or narrow by partner, location and status.
Downloading a statement
You can hand a customer their statement in a couple of formats. The per-row Download PDF action produces a printable statement for that customer, honouring the date range you set in the filters. At the top of the tab, Download Statement exports the current view as a spreadsheet, and Export CSV is available on every tab for raw data. Each row also links through to the customer's billing tab on their profile.
Finance customers report
The Finance Customers Report tab is a portfolio-wide summary. Cards across the top total your Customers, Total Invoiced, Total Paid, Total Balance and Unpaid Invoices, and the table lists each customer with their billing type, invoiced and paid totals, balance, unpaid count, active services and monthly recurring amount.
Receivables aging
The Receivables Aging Report tab buckets outstanding balances by how overdue they are — Current (0-30), 31-60, 61-90, 91-120 and 120+ Days — with a totals row so you can see at a glance where your overdue receivables are concentrated. Buckets are built from unpaid, overdue and partially-paid invoices measured against their due date.
