Using the AI assistant
The AI Assistant is a chat panel that sits over your entire CRM. Ask it a question in plain language and it reads your live data — customers, finances, network, tickets, inventory — then answers with text, tables and charts. It can also carry out a handful of everyday actions on your behalf. See Actions & undo for what it can change, and Setup & tiers for enabling it.
Opening the assistant
The assistant is reached from the AI Assistant item in the sidebar. The screen has two tabs: Chat, where you talk to the AI, and Action Log, which records every change the AI has made. Your token usage for the current period is shown as a small meter in the header. If your subscription has run out of tokens, a banner appears and the input box is disabled until the quota is topped up.
Asking questions
Type your request and press Enter (use Shift+Enter for a new line). You can also dictate with the microphone button in any language your browser supports. Ask things like "How many customers are blocked?", "Show monthly revenue for the past 6 months", or "What is Ahmed's fiber signal?". A row of quick action buttons — Customer stats, Revenue report, NMS health, Plan overview, Online users, Open tickets — fills the box with a ready-made prompt so you can start with one click.
What the answers look like
Replies are formatted for readability: headings, bold text, bullet and numbered lists, and tables for lists of items. When the data suits it, the AI draws a chart — pie, bar or line — right inside the conversation, using your locale's currency symbol and timezone. Chats are organised into tabs you can name and switch between, and your history is kept in the browser so you can pick up where you left off. There is also a focused AI tab on each customer detail page that answers questions about just that subscriber, including an SLA health read-out.
