Reseller reports
Reseller reporting answers two questions: how much credit each partner is burning through, and how their customer base is performing. The CRM gives you a credit-focused report across all resellers, while each reseller sees their own dashboard and ledger in their portal. Scoping follows the reseller hierarchy, so a partner's view includes their sub-resellers where it should.
Reseller Credit Reports (CRM)
Under Resellers, the Reseller Reports page (heading Reseller Credit Reports) tracks credit usage and transaction history. Four cards summarise Active Resellers, Total Credit Balance, Total Customers and Avg Credits/Reseller. Pick a reseller and choose a Date Range (last 7, 30 or 90 days, or last year) and a Type filter (Top Up, Deduction, Refund or Adjustment). You then get five figures — Top Ups, Deductions, Refunds, Adjustments and Net Change — plus a transaction table (Date, Type, Amount, Balance After, Description, Reference). Export CSV saves the current view. With no reseller selected, a Reseller Balance Overview lists every partner's customers, credit balance and status.
The reseller's own dashboard
When a reseller logs into their portal, their Dashboard is their report. It shows customer widgets (Total, Active, Online, Offline, Assigned Plans), a Credit Balance and Credit Limit, and a Credit Usage (This Month) meter with a used-versus-total bar. Growth and traffic charts cover the last 7 days, and a Finance (30d) panel shows Invoiced, Collected and Credit Left. The portal header also carries a live credit meter so the balance is always visible.
Finance & the ledger
The portal's Finance section mirrors the CRM's billing tools for the reseller's own book — Invoices, Payments, Unverified Payments and Ledger. The Ledger page shows the reseller's Credit Balance and Credit Limit above a running history of every credit transaction (Date, Type, Description, Amount, Balance). This is the same credit story the CRM's Reseller Credit Reports show, from the partner's side.
Hierarchy scope
Reseller data respects the sub-reseller tree. Customer finance — invoices and payments — is hierarchy-scoped: a reseller sees their own customers and those of every sub-reseller beneath them. A reseller's Dashboard and credit Ledger, by contrast, report only on that reseller's own account; a parent tracks its sub-resellers' performance through the Sub-Resellers page instead, where each sub's customer count, credit balance and packages are listed. See Reseller management for the hierarchy itself and Reports for the CRM-wide User Hierarchy view.
