Bundles

A bundle is intended to combine several services — for example internet and voice — into a single sellable package with one price. Bundle plans live under Plans > Bundle Plans.

Availability

The Bundle Plans page is present in the CRM but the feature is still being built out — it currently shows a placeholder indicating that bundles are coming soon. Until it ships, there is no bundle editor, service picker or combined-pricing form on this page.

Packaging services today

In the meantime you can achieve much of the same outcome without a formal bundle:

• Use an internet plan's Extra Items tab to attach recurring add-ons (such as router rental) that are billed automatically alongside the plan.
• Add a matching VoIP plan as a separate service on the same customer, so voice and internet appear together on one account.
• Add one-time fees for any setup charges when you raise the first invoice.
