Searching logs
Once devices are sending logs, the Syslogs tab under RADIUS > Syslogs lets you filter and browse them. Xelynx parses each connection log — source IP and port, destination IP and port, the NAT translation and the source MAC — and matches it to the subscriber who held that address at the moment the log was written.
Filters
The filter bar across the top narrows what you see. Enter an IP address or a port to search for, pick a protocol (TCP, UDP, ICMP or All), and choose a time range — Last 1h, 4h, 24h or 7d. If you own more than one log server, a Server selector lets you choose which one to query (it defaults to the first active server). Press Search to apply, or Clear to reset. The results load automatically when the page opens.
Reading the results
Each row is one connection: Time, Protocol, Src IP : Port, Dst IP : Port, the NAT IP : Port the traffic was translated to, the Src MAC, and — where Xelynx could resolve it — the Customer (a link straight to their profile) and their PPPoE Login. Only connections that resolve to one of your subscribers are shown; the count and the server name appear above the table, and results are paged 50 at a time. The Logs Dashboard button opens the raw VictoriaLogs UI in a panel for free-form querying when you need it.
Per-customer view
To see one subscriber's traffic, open their profile and go to the Syslog tab. The Syslog sub-tab shows only the logs that correlate to that customer's IPs and MACs, with the same time-range, protocol and IP/MAC filters, plus a badge on each row showing whether the match was on IP or MAC. The IP / MAC History sub-tab lists every RADIUS session — the framed IP and MAC the NAS assigned, with start and stop times — which is the record the log matching is built on. If no server is configured, or the customer has no recorded IP/MAC footprint, the tab says so instead of showing an empty table.
