Customer profile
Opening a customer from the list brings up their full profile: a two-pane screen with a fixed profile card and quick actions on the left, and a set of tabs for every aspect of the account on the right.
The profile card
The left sidebar shows the customer's avatar (hover to upload or remove a photo), their name and a colour-coded status badge. Below that a key-details table lists Email, Phone, Location, customer Number, Created date, active Services count, the owning Reseller (if any) and the Billing type and day. The whole pane is tinted to match the customer's current status.
Live status widgets
Under the details is a Live Status panel that refreshes automatically. It shows whether the subscriber is Online (with uptime) or offline (with how long they've been down), their Data usage this month with upload/download split, and their Balance ("All Paid" or the amount due). When relevant it also flags a session issue or an active peak-hour throttle.
Quick actions
The Actions block offers one-click lifecycle changes that depend on the current status: an active or new customer can be Blocked, Disabled or Archived; a blocked one Unblocked; an archived one Unarchived; a disabled one Enabled. Each prompts for confirmation and explains its effect. If WhatsApp is configured and the customer has a phone number, a WhatsApp button opens a send dialog. What each action does is detailed in Statuses & lifecycle.
The tabs
The right pane carries a tab for every part of the account: Information (contact, address and billing details), Services (the plans they subscribe to — see Managing services), Billing (invoices and payments), Statistics (usage graphs), CPE, VoIP, Syslog, Communication (chats and WhatsApp, with an unread badge), Documents, Lead (Quotes), Inventory, Notifications and Activity (an audit trail of changes). An optional AI tab appears when the AI subscription is enabled. Which tabs show depends on your permissions and the customer's owner — for example Inventory and VoIP are hidden for reseller-owned customers.
