Notifications overview
Xelynx routes all customer messaging through one central notification hub, so a message can go out automatically on a system event or be composed by hand — always using the same channels and templates. The Notifications sidebar group has four pages: Dashboard, Send Notifications, Event Notifications and History.
The dashboard
Notifications > Dashboard ("Notifications Dashboard") gives an at-a-glance view with stat cards for Total Sent, Total Read, Events Enabled and Campaigns. Below sit a Notification Modes breakdown by channel, an Active Event Triggers list and a Recent Campaigns table.
Channels
Three delivery channels are available: In-App, Email and WhatsApp. A channel only sends once its transport is configured — email is set up under Config > Email (SMTP) and WhatsApp under Config > WhatsApp (see WhatsApp). In the composer, an unconfigured channel appears disabled with a Set up link.
Sending a manual notification
Notifications > Send Notifications opens a composer with a Title / Subject, a Message body, and a Send To audience: All Customers, Selected Customers, By Location, By Partner or By NAS Device. Pick your channels, choose an approved template if you include WhatsApp, and press Send Notification. A Sent Notifications table below tracks what went out and how many recipients read it.
Templates & variables
Messages support placeholders that fill in per recipient, such as {{customer_name}}, {{invoice_number}} and {{amount}}, alongside a fuller namespaced catalogue like {{customer.name}} and {{invoice.dueDate}}. Email uses a rich-text subject and body; In-App uses a plain message; WhatsApp must reference an approved template.
