Customer list

The Customers page is the master list of every subscriber. From here you search, filter and sort the base, add new customers, act on many at once, and open any individual record. Clicking a row opens the full customer profile.

Searching & filtering

The search box matches by name, email, phone or company. Alongside it are filter dropdowns: All Types (Residential / Business), Status (New, Active, Archived, Blocked, Disabled), and Online Status (Online, or Online in last 24h). Further filters narrow by plan/service, location and billing agent. Your status and online-status filter choices are remembered between visits, and arriving from a dashboard shortcut (for example "Active Subscribers") pre-applies the matching filter. Column headers are sortable, and results are paginated.

Columns & indicators

The default columns include # (customer number), Customer Name, Active Services, Email, Phone, Status and Partner. The Columns button lets you show or hide many more — customer type, company, full address fields, VAT/registration/ID numbers, portal login, billing day, created date and others — and reorder them; your layout is saved. Rows also carry live indicators: a green dot for currently-online subscribers, plus warning icons for payment overdue and MAC address mismatches.

Adding a customer

The Add Customer button opens a form to create a subscriber, capturing their main information, address, billing and additional details. Once saved, open the new record to attach services and start billing.

Bulk actions & export

Tick the checkbox on any rows to select them — selections persist as you page through, and you can select every customer matching the current filter, not just the visible page. With rows selected you can Batch Edit them (update Status, Location, Partner or Billing Agent across all selected at once) or Export them to CSV, Excel or PDF.

Note: Changing a customer's status here has real effects on their services and network access. See Statuses & lifecycle for exactly what Active, Blocked, Archived and Disabled do.
