Reseller management
Resellers are partner accounts that sell your service under their own brand. In the CRM you create each reseller, assign the plans they may sell, and fund them with prepaid credit that's consumed as their customers use services. Resellers then log in to their own portal to manage customers and even create sub-resellers. It all lives under Resellers.
The Resellers page
Open Resellers to see every partner account. Three cards summarise Total Resellers, Total Reseller Customers and Total Credits Balance. The table shows each reseller's Company, Contact, Customers, Credit Balance, Packages, NMS Access and Status — Active, Suspended or Disabled. A low credit balance is highlighted in red. Row actions let you Add Credit, Edit or Delete, and clicking a row opens the reseller's full detail page.
Creating a reseller
Press Add Reseller to open the Add New Reseller form. Fill in Company Information (company name is required), set the Login Credentials (Login Email and Password) the partner will use for their portal, and configure Credit Settings — an Initial Credit Balance, a Credit Limit (0 means unlimited) and a Low Credit Alert threshold. Under Assign Internet Packages and Assign IPTV Packages you tick the plans to share and set a Cost Price for each — see Reseller pricing. Optional toggles grant NMS Access (with per-OLT control) and Syslogs Access.
Prepaid credit
Resellers run on prepaid credit. Use Add Credit from the list or the reseller's Finance tab to record a transaction: choose a Transaction Type — Top Up, Refund or Adjustment — then enter an Amount, a Description and an optional Reference. As the reseller's customers consume services, credit is deducted at each plan's cost price. The Finance tab keeps a full ledger of every transaction with its running balance.
The reseller detail page
Open a reseller to manage everything about them across tabs: Information (company details, credit limits, and portal login/password), Reseller Packages (assign or unassign plans and set cost prices), Customers (the subscribers they've created), Finance (the credit ledger), NMS (assign specific OLTs), Syslog, and Activity Log. From the Information tab you can also Open Reseller Portal to see what the partner sees.
