VoIP servers & service

Xelynx connects to your Asterisk PBX servers so you can manage voice service next to internet and IPTV. VoIP servers live under Network > VoIP Servers, where you register each Asterisk box, watch its SIP stations, and browse call history and recordings. The rate plans that bill these calls are set up separately under VoIP plans.

The server list

The page lists each Asterisk server as a card with live status badges — reachability of the host, the ARI interface, the optional AMI interface, and (when configured) the DB and Recordings connections. From here you can open a server's detail view, edit it, or delete it. Use Add Server to register a new PBX.

Adding a server

In the Add VoIP Server form give the server a Name and its Host (IP or hostname). Under ARI — Asterisk REST Interface set the Port, Username and Password (and SSL if used); this is the required connection the CRM uses to read endpoints and channels. The optional AMI — Asterisk Manager Interface adds port, username and password for manager events. Under MySQL CDR Database & Recordings you can supply a CDR Database URL and a Recordings Base URL to unlock call history and recording playback. Finally, attach one or more Number Pools and mark the server Active.

Note: ARI is mandatory for the CRM to talk to Asterisk. CDRs and recordings only appear once you add the MySQL CDR database URL and recordings URL — the form links to the exact Asterisk config snippets you need on the PBX side.

SIP endpoints

Open a server and the SIP Endpoints tab lists every registered station with its Technology, Extension / Number, live State, number of Active Calls, and the Customer it is linked to. This is the real-time picture of who is registered and who is on a call.

CDRs and recordings

The CDRs tab shows call detail records — date/time, status, from, to, duration and billed seconds — filterable by source and destination. Records are synced into the CRM's own store; press Sync Now to pull the latest, and the tab reports when it last synced and how many records it holds. The Recordings tab lists call recordings for the same calls and lets you play or download each file, provided the recordings URL is configured.
