IP pools

An IP pool is a range of addresses the CRM hands out to subscribers — either a fixed address per customer or a rotating dynamic lease. They live under Network > IP Pools, and are attached to your NAS devices so that when a subscriber connects, RADIUS can assign them an address from the right pool. The page has three tabs: IP Pools, Assigned IPs and Services.

The IP Pools tab

The main tab lists each pool with its Name, Type, address Range, Gateway, Location, Partner, total Size and how many addresses are Used, plus its Status. A filter lets you narrow to a single location or to pools that are available to all locations.

Creating a pool

Click Add IP Pool. Give the pool a Name, a Start IP and End IP that define its range, and optionally a Gateway and Subnet Mask. Choose the Pool Type: Static for permanent per-customer assignment, or Pool for dynamic assignment. Under Location Assignment and Partner Assignment you can make the pool available to all locations and partners or scope it to a specific one, then set the Status to Active or Disabled.

Assigned IPs

The Assigned IPs tab shows every address currently handed out: the IP Address, the Pool it came from, the NAS Device, the Customer and Service it belongs to, the Source of the assignment and when it was Assigned. Filter by pool or NAS device, or search by IP, customer or email to trace who holds a given address.

Services

The Services tab lists subscriber internet services alongside their assigned address, NAS device and status. A toggle isolates services without an IP so you can spot ones that still need an address. Each row shows the Assignment type — Permanent or Dynamic — and its source (Manual, From Pool, or imported from Splynx or UISP), giving you a single view of address coverage across your base.
