Settings
Settings are where you tailor the CRM to your business: how invoices number and generate, what your company looks like on documents, which currencies and taxes apply, and how the system connects to email, payments and the network. Most of this lives under the Configuration area and the System Settings page.
The Configuration area
The Configuration menu groups the workspace's connected settings: System, Display, Tax Rates, Payment Gateways, Email, WhatsApp, NMS and Networking (including the MikroTik API). Each section is permission-controlled, so you can let accounts staff manage tax and gateways while keeping networking with engineers.
Company branding & localization
The System Settings page opens on its Settings tab, split into two sections. Branding sets your Application Name, Logo, and Company Name, Email, Phone and Address — the details that appear on invoices and customer-facing documents. Localization sets your Timezone, Currency, Language, Date Format and Time Format so figures and dates read correctly everywhere in the CRM.
Billing defaults & templates
The Billing Settings tab controls how invoices behave by default. Here you set the invoice prefix and next number, the due days, a default tax, and the default billing type (Prepaid or Postpaid). Automation options cover the day invoices generate for prepaid and postpaid customers, whether invoices auto-generate at all, the grace period and overdue behavior, plus pro-rata charging and whether to carry a previous balance forward. The Invoice Templates, Payment Types, Backup and Customer Portal tabs round out the page. See Invoices for how these defaults play out.
Email, payments & network links
The remaining Configuration sections connect the CRM to the outside world: Email settings for outgoing mail, WhatsApp for messaging, Payment Gateways for online payments, Tax Rates for the taxes you apply, Networking and the MikroTik API for RADIUS/router integration, and NMS to link your network monitoring. Configure these once and the rest of the CRM — billing, notifications and provisioning — draws on them automatically.
